Tom Wilsons mission is to give a professional experience to amateur, semi professional and professional athletes. He gives quality, individualized advice and training programs, centered around functional training options to the general population.
His skills include athletic development across organizations with amateur, semi professional and professional athletes, corporate health experience in various industries including health, behavioral and ergonomic assessments as well as personal health coaching experience across range of clients and program requirements.
