I’m a Personal Trainer and certified Pilates Instructor that has level 1 & 2 advanced qualifications in Kettlebells. I have completed 10 half marathons and continue to do 2 every year.
The hardest yet most fulfilling job for me though is being a wife and mother of 3 utterly gorgeous children (even if I am bias….). Beau Phoenix 6, Capri Havana 4 and Aston Jagger 3 all keep me on my toes but, this is why I understand the key to making this lifestyle choice work for you!
My training programs are based on a combination of strength and resistance training, specialising in weight loss (Body Balance), muscle base (Body Sculpt) and hypertrophy (Body Blast). After working with many well-known legends over the years in the fitness industry, I have developed the ultimate fail proof system. My system is simple and effective but most of importantly, if you follow my methods, results are guaranteed!
If strength and resistance training isn’t what you’re looking for Pilates may be your answer. I do in-house classes at any location, either one-on-one or in a class. Pilates is fabulous for correcting muscle imbalances, conditioning, improving posture and increasing core stability. Helping you to use correct muscle activation should ultimately be the basis of your training - good technique equals good results!
